Where It All Begins
Support teams faced issues with fragmented processes, users experienced delays and lacked clarity, while the startup program’s application process was convoluted. The technology page lacked trust signals and detailed explanations of Btcturk’s infrastructure and security. Additionally, the wallet product needed to simplify onboarding and clearly communicate its security features.
Our Action Plan
I began by mapping out the user journeys and identifying key areas for improvement. The support page was simplified with clear, consistent SLAs, priority rules, and automated ticket routing. For the startup page, I streamlined the application flow and highlighted the program's benefits with clear calls to action. On the technology page, I restructured the information architecture to showcase security, scalability, and integration. For the wallet page, I enhanced the onboarding experience with simplified instructions and clear communication on security layers, such as 2FA and cold wallets.
The Final Outcome
The new structure resulted in faster support resolution, more qualified startup applications, increased trust in Btcturk’s technical infrastructure, and improved user engagement with the wallet. Onboarding completion rates went up, support requests decreased, and the website served as a reliable reference for partners and customers alike.
