Where It All Begins
The legacy desktop dashboard was dense, error-prone and hard to use for sales and production teams; order handling required many manual steps, causing delays and miscommunication between sales, warehouse and production. Field technicians and dealers needed a reliable, mobile way to check stock, order status and technical docs.
Our Action Plan
I started with stakeholder workshops and shadow sessions to fully understand the production and ordering constraints. I mapped user journeys for sales reps, warehouse staff and planners, then restructured information architecture to prioritize orders, missing parts and technical documents. Wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes iterated rapidly with the team; we converted key table-based views into card lists, introduced inline part-status badges, downloadable technical PDFs and clear order states. I designed the experience for light/dark modes, optimized accessibility and micro-interactions, and validated flows with quick usability tests before handing off annotated specs to devs.
The Final Outcome
The mobile redesign compressed complex panels into a clear, actionable workspace: order processing became faster and less error-prone, missing-part visibility improved lead times, and internal coordination between sales and production tightened. The result was higher order completion accuracy, fewer support tickets, and a measurable boost in team efficiency — all while presenting Yılmaz Redüktör as a modern, mobile-ready industrial brand.
